Physiological responses of three strength training methods in trained individuals

Abstract Strength training is an integral part of programs for aesthetics and sports performance. Although experiments compare the responses some methods, there a lack studies that analyze time execution, recovery perceptions pain exertion. The aim present study was to evaluate metabolic physiological traditional, drop set blood flow restriction training. sample consisted 16 trained men aged 32 ± 10,5 minimum 3 years continuous regular practice ST. Data were collected in 4 days, being first one assigned maximum load testing following days we analyzed randomly set, traditional methods. Blood lactate after session.
